Every year, the impact of technology on human resources gains strength.
By 2022, the Human Capital Management Software Market is expected to expand to $22.51 billion. That’s just two different areas. One can imagine the growth as it relates to other technologies such as artificial intelligence (forecasted to grow to $390.9 billion by 2025) and automation (forecasted to grow by 5.87% by the end of 2020 and gain $2.03 billion in revenue between 2020 and 2024).
The vastness of the APAC region presents a challenge in itself as each member country is highly focused on specific areas (Australia – HR Tech implementation, Malaysia – HR Digitalisation, Singapore – Artificial Intelligence), but there are challenges that exist for most.
